Re: the recent mailing list discussion about sharing extensions, I have an extension for storing arbitrary mutual relationships between seqfeatures (in principle extensible to any object), that also permits the addition of qualifier values to seqfeature_relationship fields. The extension is used locally to store comparative genomic data, and takes advantage of local ontologies. This is probably the place to share the extension, and I was wondering if anyone would need or like to quality-check or review it before I put it up on the wiki for further comment.
